Saga Communications of Tuckessee, LLC, and its parent companies, which includes their members, officers, directors, and shareholders, are referred to collectively herein as “5 Star Radio Group.” 5 Star Radio Group will conduct the natural pageant “Little Miss & Mr. Clarksville Pageant” (hereinafter referred to as “pageant”), an online and on site promotion contest that will run Tuesday, April 15, 2014 through Saturday, July 12, 2014 on http://www.ClarksvilleNow.com, and on site at the pageant on July 12 at Wilma Rudolph Event Center “WREC.” Prizes will include $50 for an online voting contest for “Most Photogenic” and $50 for one male and one female in each of the 6 (six) age division winners. Two Grand Supreme (overall) winners will be awarded $100 each (Little Miss & Mr. Clarksville).

Qualifying Methodology:

All contestants must be between the ages of 0 and 8.  Must be 8 or younger on Saturday, July 12 to be eligible to win. RULES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

1. Judges decisions are final & irrevocable.
2. All contestants must attend the Award Ceremony in order to receive his/her awards. No exceptions.
3. The Most Photogenic contest will be an online voting contest conducted between June 16 and July 6. Users can vote once per day during the voting round. Voting is limited to one vote per verified email address. If an entrant receives irregular votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, we reserve the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. To participate in voting, you mush become a registered user through uPickem. The entrant with the highest number of votes will be named the most photogenic winner and will be recognized at Tiddlywinks July 12, 2014.
4. One photo per child will be used for the photogenic competition online. If more than one photo is submitted, the Pageant Coordinator will use their discretion to pick the image to be used.
5. Images & photographs submitted to the pageant and taken at the pageant may be used in promotion, advertising, the program, and any other printed materials used for promotional or editorial purposes.
6. Any contestant or family member/ guest showing unsportsmanlike behavior will lead to the disqualification of the contestant. No refunds given, no questions asked.
7. Children are encouraged to look their age. Judges will be looking fornatural beauty. Judges look for award-winning smile, Natural beauty of the child (their natural cuteness) and overall appeal.
8. NO DOOR ENTRIES. Registrations must be submitted in their entirety by 11:59 P.M. June 29, 2014 to compete in the pageant. No entries will be taken the day of the pageant.
9. Entry fees are non-refundable.
10. Each age division is limited to a maximum of 15 participants, and will be filled in a first-come, first-serve manor. Pageant coordinators reserve the right to change this number if needed, and will turn away registrants if the max capacity is reached.
11. Registrations are not complete until a registration form, payment, and a digital photo are submitted.
12. No approaching the judges or auditors during the competition.
13. All contestants must be checked-in by a parent or guardian between 10:00 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. the day of the pageant. During registration, your child will receive their contestant number and further instructions.

Each contestant must be represented by a Legal Guardian who holds a valid form of photo identification, and are 18 years of age or older at time they register the contestant. Employees of 5 Star Radio Group, the above sponsors, advertising agencies, affiliates; employees of other radio stations, and members of their immediate families are not eligible.

5 Star Radio Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules have been violated in any way.

No purchase is necessary to participate or win. This contest is void where prohibited by law. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

5 Star Radio Group is not responsible for technical problems due to telephones, problems associated with telephones, problems associated with www.ClarksvilleNow.com, mail, email delivery or internet access towww.ClarksvilleNow.com.

In order to claim prizes, all winners must sign a release form. By claiming prize and signing release form, winner releases 5 Star Radio Group from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising directly or indirectly out of the award and use of the prize. 5 Star Radio Group is not responsible for illness, death or injury, which may be sustained in conjunction with playing contest and in conjunction with the use and/or possession of any and all prizes awarded.

All prizes not claimed at the event July 12, 2014 are forfeited and remain (or become) the sole property of 5 Star Radio Group.

5 Star Radio Group, affiliates, participating sponsors, their agencies and the like, or any member there of, make no claims of merchantability of prizes. See manufacturer for complete warranty and operating instructions as it pertains to Grand Prize, if applicable.
